Graduate / Questions on Strengths& Weaknesses [3]

My Graduate Application requires me to give my strengths and weaknesses
Strength part is fine, the weakness part.. how honest do i get? Moat people say exaggerate the weakness to make it sound like a strength... Is this the convention.. Will people who evaluate my essay also expect this deception?
