Scholarship / Partial scholarships essay help for master degree in marketing [4]

Hello, I'm a new member in this forum. I've been searching a reference for my essay, and I found out that this forum is really interesting and very resourceful. I am so glad that I could join this forum anw I have been working on my scholarships essay for a partial scholarships, but I haven't started yet because before I'm starting to write I want to have a perfect foundation or theme to build up upon. Here are the question:

i need to write 800 to 1000 word based on this question:

1 Why u r applying 4 Brunel's schol programme
2 How u will benefit from the opportunities that being given the award will provide
3 How u would contribute to the Brunel community during your studies here.

they said that the reference can be made to activities, achievements and personal qualities which are considered particularly relevant to the scholarships application.

I already write and send my personal statement and it already contain some of my achievement, activities and personal qualities...
the question is:
1. are they going to look over my PS and can I/ should I rephrase them (PS) in my essay?
2. I still don't understand on the question number 3? is brunel community is the people inside or outside (around) campus? and how should I going to do with this question?

3. Because this is a partial scholarships is there any particular idea or theme should i build upon..and if there a sample it really helpful..

and the last....
4. How can I start to write??

I am so frustrated, a little hint and helpful suggestion would really help,.thank u for the answer..
