Essays / Essay writing about weekends, holidays, trips for KS1 (year 2) [3]

I need help for essay writing for year 2 about weekends, holidays (summer, easter etc) and trip to sea-side/theme park/ zoo. Could you please help how to do that? or are there any sample essays to follow ?
