Research Papers / A cause consequence analysis - Researched Argument Paper-Global Warming [3]

I am doing my research argument paper on global warming. My professor suggested writing it in terms of a cause consequence analysis which allows speculation about long term consequences of global warming based on available data. I am wondering if you have any ideas about how to form an outline, what i should write about/ points i should talk about, etc. I have a huge case of writers block and would love any ideas and suggestions!!
