Writing Feedback / Is the ability to tolerate problems as important as the ability to fix them [2]
Hello everone, This is my persuasive essay.
Any feed back is highly appreciated.
Ability to fix the problems is important to everyone's life and also fixing problems is not an easy task. In this busy world, who have not had problem. Either the problems are a big or small it gives more impact to everyone. Everyone needs ability to fix the problems, because it gives immediate solutions, it sharpens the brain, and it improves leadership skills.
First, Fixing problems give the immediate solutions. No matter the result is good or bad.Atleast we may take some decisions. For example someone's computer is broken, that person called a technician. Unexpectedly he is busy in his work, and he cannot come in proper time. What in a world he can do? He always works in the computer, without computer, he cannot do anything. What he will do? He may go and buy a new one. Buying the new computer is a good idea. No matter what, the problems are solved.
Next fixing the problems is sharpening the people's brain. When they are making decisions, it teaches some lessons. So next time he encounter the same problems, he does not do the same mistakes before he did. He may try to get more efficient and effective solutions.
Furthermore, the person, who resolve the problems get leadership skills. For instance a person in a team, gives a wonderful solutions for the problems he may get rewards. If he resolves the problems repeatedly, he will get more opportunities. In addition to using that experience, he may go to another level. Fixing problems give him leadership skills and it improves his leadership skills.
Eventually, people may not tolerate all the problems, and it needs sometime. Otherwise, we may think and work more effectively gives more knowledge and experience. Ability to fix the problems gives wonderful skills, which he did it.
