Dissertations / The Impact of Technology on Graphic Design (working on my 5000-word dissertation) [3]

Hi there, i am currently working on my 5000 word dissertation for my graphic design course.
My essay will be taking a look at various aspects of design that are effected by new technology.

However I wish to know peoples thoughts on whether new technology (the personal computer, the internet, graphic tablets etc) has had a positive, or a negative impact on creativity and originality within Graphic Design.

Any thoughts would be great as I am really starting to struggle with this section of my essay.
