i think this is a brilliant essay..a few pointers..
the precisely shouldn't be capitalized
i see that you are trying the answer the prompt through this line; however, it might be a little trite to do it this way..also, how is cornell truly helping you is what this line (or the essay on the whole) doesn't clarily...you have spent a lot of time talking about you ideas that the other half of the prompt is left unanswered
also, nuclear fuel for rockets has been in consideration for a long long time..even i came across this concept after an internship at NASA...i don't see why you have called it an original idea?
