hello, i just wanted to know if it is a good start for my persuasive speech, my topic is " homosexual adoption" and i am against it, the professor said that i will have to get the law that says that homosexual can adopt in some states, so here is my start.

"Close your eyes, and imagine your mother a high school student who gets in a relationship with another student, and she accidently gets pregnant for not using a condom or taking pills, she knows about it about it after 2 months as for her, her period was never regular so the option of abortion is not even an option, she has to keep the baby, she talks to her boyfriend and he tells her that he has nothing to do with it, after 9 months, here you are with a mother who barely knows how take care of herself, so she decides to put in a foster home definitely hoping for u a better life.
