thnx alot my fellows for writing such a detailed information for me. i really feel honored that there r ppl who r ready to help. Actually it was my fault i didnt define it. I want to conduct my research in OB and also i have choosen the topic plus i m reading articles and journals too for that topics. What i needed actually was a person who can assist me.
