Book Reports / 1000 word analysis on the life of famous writer Eugene O'Neill (block) [2]

My drama teacher has assigned a 1000 word formal analysis on the life of famous writer Eugene O'Neill. The problem? WRITERS BLOCK!
It must involve his entire life, and I would like to put extra emphasis on his life in comparison to his play "A Long Day's Journey Into Night". If anyone could give any tips to spark ideas, or help me out with how to lengthen it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Here is what I have so far.

Eugene O'Neill: Writer... Father...Son...Legend. Living through heartache, death, addiction and broken families, Eugene was burdened with the life of a tortured artist. "Eugene O'Neill was America's first true dramatic genius that America produced" (Theatre Database) Contributing over 54 play's to the world of acting, O'Neill was a four time Pulitzer Prize winner for his plays: Beyond the Horizon, Anna Christie, Strange Interlude and A Long Day's Journey Into Night (The Internet Movie Database). Not only did he win the above four distinguished prizes, but O'Neill also won a Nobel Prize in Literature (Nobel Prize Official Web Site).
