Writing Feedback / working from home or from your company's office which is better. [2]

Hello! its my first time of posting an essay. please help check my essay, and give me suggestions. It is better to work from your own home using a computer and a telephone than it is to do the same kind of work in your companies office

When working, distractions are not needed. I totally disagree with this statement for the following reasons.
A telephone and a computer are not all the paraphernalia needed for working. Other equipment, such as printer, fax machine, etc. are needed. Some documents need to be printed and without a printer at home, the work cannot be complete. On the other hand, in the office there is a printer which can be used to get the work done.

When working at home, there are bound to be distractions and temptations like going on lunch break before time, taking a quick nap and so on because there is no one to check if you are doing your job. In the office there are rules and regulations that must be strictly adhered to. My uncle works from home on Fridays, but he is not able to get half the work done because he gets a lot of distractions from his kids and he claims he's very tired and needs to relax for a while but he ends up relaxing for the whole day.However, if he works in the office on Fridays he will be able to get his work done and will get enough rest in the weekend.

For the reasons mentioned above, I believe that working in your company's office is far better than working from home using a telephone and a computer to do the same work.
