Research Papers / Need a topic for my Accounting Research Project thesis paper.... [6]

In need of a topic_Business-related (studying accountancy)

I am studying accountancy and we will be asked to make a research paper few weeks from now. I guess we will be required to make a research paper that is related to our field of study. So i was thinking it must be accountancy, finance, business or economics-related topics.

Topics that i thought are: Brokerage, stock exchange, or maybe a global/international issue
May you help me narrow down these topics, or do you any other specific topics in mind? :)
