Research Papers / 'The Victorian Era was a brilliant time' - Victorian Balls Research [3]
First of all, I think it's a little bit short for a research paper.
You do write mostly about the rules at the ball, but even so I think there is a lot more to explain in terms of rules, or describe a ball from beginning to the end. While explaining the rules you can describe their gorges dresses, as well. I believe there is a lot to write for the dresses, the make up, how they looked at each other, the race between the boys and the girls who will invite better partner and on and on. Mention which one of the castles or the summer houses hold the best or the biggest balls, which one of the persons, boys or girls, have been the famous. Don't forget to write more about the Victorian era at the beginning, why it's called like that, who ruled England at the time. I think your research paper will be more complete if you'll include all of this notes.

Statement of Intent
Everything begun with how much I was inspired at high school of the energy transformation, amplifying, regulation, making circuits by myself and much more. I realized I'm just using the energy, but to produce it from the scratch was of a greater challenge for me. It's actually the moment when everything starts and without the energy production, the world won't exist as we know it.
I finished my high school as a technician in electronics and shortly realized I like to study and work in the energy sector more. My high school degree enabled me to sign in much easier at the Energy Engineering Department at the Mechanical Faculty and start to live my dream of becoming an energy engineer. During the years of study I had to work, because of not sufficient funds for the whole studying period. Thus made the studies to last longer than normal, but in other hand, I gained significant amount of work experience. After I did my Bachelor, I had a rare opportunity to work in a team as a designer of the mechanical part for four hydroelectric plants, which was the biggest achievement.
At the faculty, I gave importance to the energy related courses, efficiency, optimization and design. I believe the time will come soon, when the humans can't continue with the unstoppable pollution of fossil fuels usage, and the oil depletion as a start will force the people to use more and more sustainable technologies for energy production and cars fuel, which are main polluters.
I couldn't really find a job in my field because of the bad economic situation and as most of the employers told me -"there are enough people in the moment with 3, 5 or more years of Canadian experience already", compared with me that I don't even have a Canadian degree.
The main reason why I want to join the Master of engineering in clean energy is because this is my life goal, something what I was doing before, for what I'm educated and trained already. I don't give up to continue my interest in the field of energy and off course during the studies I'll update and upgrade my knowledge and skills and finally fit in the society as I planed before I land.
Because of all this, it would be a great privilege to me if I will be given the opportunity to be part of this unique program. I am quite confident I will match the high standards and be an asset of the University of British Columbia.
