wow i liked your essay a lot! you have clear points of view and examples to convince the reader. there are just some minor mistakes that i can help with.

The other, equally important factor in the favour of the issue is that exams encourage students as well to study., do more reading and writing and thus improving their general knowledge.

If there were no exams and tests then students would not put any effort in learning .

Exams produces a state of terror that forces children to study. (i don't necessarily agree with that tho. terror?)

they do combine studies which helps them to learn the essence of team work, and they can develop communication skill too .

this is a perfect essay, but i'm afraid that it would be way too long for IELTS tho.
