I'm not sure what my thesis should be and what I should be researching. The play, "A Raisin in the Sun" should be incorporated throughout my research paper.

Here's the assignment:

There is the popular argument that civil rights era integration did not achieve its desired
results. In fact, there is the claim that integration did not bode well for America's
historically black neighborhoods. After doing significant research, defend or reject this
claim.
