Undergraduate / Ex Offender Admissions Essay [2]

I am an ex offender and I have to write an essay for admissions detailing my offense and what i learned. I just dont know what is too much to tel, whats not enough and how to write it. I dont even know where to start...help please. I REALLY want to get into school and move on with my life.
