The widespread use of the Internet has given people access to information on a level never experienced before.How does this increase in the availability of information influence life in today's world?

Nowadays, Internet is the compulsory part of every people's life. The opportunity to gain information, knowledge has never been as simple as it is now. This enormous increase in the availability of information profoundly influence people's life in today's world, both positive and negative. This easily accessed information encourages the development of other aspects of life, raise the level of knowledge of all people, but it may drive the thoughts of people in a lackluster way.

First of all, this increase in the availability of information really improves numerous aspects of life, such as science, technology, cultures. With this broad spectrum of information, people can easily find many sources of knowledge to satisfy their own needs of information. Those knowledge enables people to be creative, to invent, to make everything they want. This is the reason why the technology is developing at an uncontrollably rapid pace now.

Secondly, this access to information from the Internet raises up the base level of knowledge of all people in the world. In the past, when Internet was still a magical thing, people could only gain knowledge through those rare, expensive, thick and heavy books. Many people even lived their whole life without any knowledge of the big world. However, now, with the expansion of the Internet, everyone can have a huge treasure of knowledge. That easy-to-access knowledge truly raise the base level of people's knowledge.

However, this increase also causes a bad effect on people's thoughts. As for its free and accessible, Internet's knowledge may contains harmful, misleading knowledge. There is no way to prevent those from reader. That knowledge can lead to many horrible results. There are a great number of people who endure detrimental symptoms from wrong information from the Internet, such as mental disorder, may be suicide. Amanda Todd, the fifteen years old girls who killed herself after a long period of blackmailing, can be served as a exact example.

The information from these Internet really influence life in today's world. There are many positive results, and negative ones as well. We ourselves, the ones who directly influenced by that knowledge, should seriously think when we read any information on the Internet. Be a wise reader and we will be successful in life.
