Scholarship / motivation letter for scholarship to study chemical innovation and regulation [2]
Chemicals play a vital role in most Chemical and Biochemical processes but if not properly used, monitored and controlled, can pose a great threat to our lives and environment. My main academic interest in this program is to obtain a broader insight in the toxicity of commonly used chemicals because the toxicity of many chemicals in the world market is still unknown.
My reason for this choice of program is that it has a direct relation with human health and environment, which is in line with my career goals, to improve human health by regulating the use of all forms of chemicals commonly used. Together with collaborating institutions, we can work towards a toxic-free future.
This program interests me most because at the end of the program, I will be able to evaluate potential environmental, toxicological, physical and reactivity hazards of chemical substances. Also, the final Qualification obtained is a Joint Master Degree and a diploma supplement. It also Provide professionals with all the tools and knowledge needed from the scientific, the regulatory and the economic point of view to manage the risks of chemicals responsibly and to meet responsibilities over chemical legislation worldwide.
For me to achieve my career goals, I need to focus on short term activities which include learning, training, and developing related skills, practice skills and get experience in the field of chemical innovation and regulation. All these can only be achieved by embarking on this masters program.
I am dynamic, easily adaptable, purpose driven with high communication and interactive skills. I love to handle problems from their roots.
European universities hold a good international reputation and Europe is the birthplace of 'Western' culture, Europe has a long history of pioneering higher education, and lays claim to many of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the world.
It has always been my dream to pursue studies in Europe and because Europe is the site of Excellence, I strived for the best academic results while in my home university.
I come from a well cultured family and multicultural / bilingual Country, Cameroon, I see no family/cultural barriers that can hinder my ambitions while in Europe.
