Hi

I have to write an essay on the following question. Could you please tell me how I should go about doing this? What should the structure be, and what is meant by 'with reference to its jurisprudence'? I am a non law student and this is an elective for me so I'm having alot of problems with understanding some of the terminology.

The Question:
With reference to its jurisprudence under Articles 1, 7 and 27, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966), outline the proper role of the Human Rights Committee in the system of global governance.
