Try to make the essay more subjective. Using words like student or them instead of him will help you to show how you could do this with different students. Also add more detail to the last paragraph. Maybe you could give an example of a time you had to deal with a tough situation and used a hands on expreience to solve it. Or talk about a time you saw somone do this and the effects of it. Overall great ideas and essay!
