Universities should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Past feminist movements have boosted gender equality in the society which leads to the argument that male and female should be equally admitted by universities in every subject. But this is an idea exists only in a Utopia community.

It is universally recognized that male and female have distinctive disparities both mentally and physically. Take men for example, generally speaking men are ambitious in their work than handling family relationships. They are physically tougher, which is the reason why most fierce sports games are dominated by male athletes. Women, however, are family-oriented and physically weaker compared to men. Therefore, female more often than not are received as a more amiable role responsible for family errands. Hence it can be concluded that differences between men and women make certain fields of work preferable to women, and others to men.

Although, such disparities should not be taken as an excuse of sexism. Feminist movements have liberalized so many women out of shackles of the venal convention which in turn has contributed talents to the market. It has granted women with great amour-proper by allowing them to work and stand on their own feet. Thus, phenomena like glass ceiling must be got rid of to provide women a decent life. Yet, let's not rush into the conclusion of indiscriminate gender equality for some limits are set out of the protection to women such as mining industry.

To conclude, the fact that men are favorable in some lines of work considering their gender features must be respected. Nonetheless, such an ideology shall be cautiously entertained and distinguished from sexism. Guided by this attitude, a society with health circle of development where the talents of both gender be put to the utmost use can be built.
