ok im writing about queen elizabeth as a poet, and im not sure what a good thesis statement would be. so far i have,

Queen Elizabeth, like her father, was a poet, and it was of great value to her. Writing poetry helped her to express what she was enduring while prisoner of Woodstock.

i need help completing this statement; need more meat on the bone!
