Writing Feedback / Ielts T2 - space programmes. Is funding those activities a wise choice? [4]

I think you should talk about the overall message of your paragraph in your conclusion. Since you talked about how the governments spend their money on space programmes and how the money is being wasted you could've said that you disagree because this would be helpful to our planet if we..., such and such. I hope this helps sorry.

Speeches / Openess to music (Persuasive Speech) [3]

In today's society, we are diversed with different people, culture, language, and also in music. We all have our music preferences wheter its pop, rock, indie, metal, r&b or jazz. Music has always been part of our everyday lives like even when were walking down the road, doing some exercise or even in the shower. We often hear the saying "Music is the universal language of mankind" and that is true. Music does not have to be in English so we can all understand what it means to be able to like the music. Music understands us emotionally and mentally whether it's in Hindi, Korean, French, Spanish or what other language you can think of. For us teenagers, music is our non human being best friend who's always there in our loneliest times, when we're happy, mad, alone and especially whenever nobody understands you.

Someone introduced me a new genre of music which is completely different from my music preferences. I listen to Paramore, Black Veil Brides, Falling in Reverse, All Time Low, Mayday Parade as what people tell me those are the "proper music". Some people ask me why I listen to these "crappy asian" music just because I can't understand it. These are the common phrases that I always hear; "Why are you listening to ching chong music?", "Are they Chinese?" and the most common question is "Why are you listening to them when you don't know even know their language?" The answers for those questions is that yes I do like those ching chong music and no they are not Chinese and lastly, why do you even care? The sad thing is that using a different language can be actually the barrier to make someone like the song.

I am not here trying to say that you have to like these songs but respect other people's choices. Questioning other people why they listen to it, wont make your question make sense.

Diversity is the only common thing we have in our society. If someone tells you to listen or watch this music video of this band or a singer whom you never know existed and wether this might be in a different language that you dont even know and in a different genre, just take some time to actually listen to it and you'll never know it might your perspective towards it.
