Technology has highly evolved over times and it has become to integrated in different workplaces with a great aim of improving working conditions of employes and business managers.The use of technology at work simplifies the way of employees accomplis specific task at work.This developments and its ubiquitous availability yield could be positive and negative consequences in people lives.

There are many advantages of taking technology advancement in work places.One of them is that the easiest and controlled manufactures could be done by the latest technological machineries.For example, sixty years ago , car manufacturing has been controlled by manpower in contrast at that moment has been done by the technological devices.The second one being accepted to increase the aim of production rate as possible that keep in contact other producers to improve efficiency.
