A Thousand Splendid Suns v/s Things Fall Apart

I'm writing a compare/contrast essay not less than 1500 words. I need some points like similarities and differences to begin writing.
What do you think I should write about? Basically I want a one point thesis then write the body paragraphs. Like this:
Intro
Body Paragraph 1 - Point from Novel 1
Body Paragraph 2 - Point from Novel 2
Body Paragraph 3 - Compare/Contrast Points 1 and 2
Conclusion.
But I need some ideas to start with.

Okay no relies.. !
I tried this. Plz tell me if this is a good intro. the last sentence is supposed to be my thesis.

We can not stop events that are going to change our lives and we need to adapt with the changing world. Both novels deal with transformation and change starting from a peaceful and simple life goes on to transform in to a loss of belief and struggle to survive. Okonkwo from Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe and Rasheed from A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini are two characters sharing similar qualities such as uncontrollable anger and the importance of preserving their values and beliefs throughout their lives. Both novels share religious or cultural devotions in which women are treated very poorly and polygamy is regarded as normal. Maryam and Ekwefi are both treated as possessions of their husbands and if women are disobedient to them, they will face harsh consequences. Anything that is strong and courageous is compared to men and anything weak is labeled as woman. In both the novels the role of women not only is inferior to those of men but also men are seen taking advantage of their high social status that they get from a male dominated system. If we look thoroughly into the lives of Ekwefi and Maryam, they lose hope of finding love and acceptance in their society and they are seen as child bearers, the society they live in does not have compassion for women but looking into their situation we can state that these two women are anything but weak and share a very courageous attitude towards their life.

It is important to point out that the novels richness in prose and language and native phrases give the reader sense of familiarity

^How do prose and native phrases give the reader a sense of familiarity exactly?
Assuming that the reader is unlikely to be familiar with the native phrases in the book, that is. Also, do all readers identify with prose?

It also raises awareness about the terrible issues such as male dominance in a society resulting i

^What raises awareness? The prose and native phrases? The reader's familiarity??

What is your thesis exactly?
Also, this site is very busy and therefore, the probability of someone attending your thread in the space of an hour can be unlikely. Patience is the key :-)

in regards to your introduction, there are many grammatical errors. A copious amount in fact. i also do not know what your thesis is. it appears more as if you are just about to introduce your thesis actually.

Here is a good one: eslbee.com/compcont.htm

I would change to:
When we cannot co ntrol events that are going to change our lives, and we need to adapt with the changing world.

I'm sorry, I see that the deadline has already passed. I hope you did well!
