I think we usually use the "wet season" rather than rain season. And, i don't agree with this statement "However, the climate cannot be predicted again because seldom rain will come in the dry season", as i know to measure climate is hard, we need 20-30 years to know the general climate in one area, perhaps what do you meant here is "predict the season" not "the climate". I am sorry,just my opinion.

It is a great cover letter but there are several grammatical mistakes that i get from your essay, i hope these can help you.
The course which I have finishedIthink the delegated missions and tasks can be performed well.. I don't get any meaning of this sentence, and also there is double subject here.

During my M.Sc. study, I became fascinated more about by the research of stress tolerance breeding... I think you can replace the sentence to be i become more fascinated, and there is double preposition : by and about, just use "about" for this.
