First, the problem appears to ensue from a matter of time. Parents are off to work from dusk to dawn so they are always pressed for time. Besides working time, children's upbringing and other family-gathering activities contribute to families constantly being on the go / in a hurry. Therefore, spending time cooking meals, as a consequence, is considered another burdensome chore and time-consuming.
However, sitting down together for dinner might help children, especially (those who are ) teenagers or young d adults, reap many benefits. It is vital to notice that having dinner together creates differences in eating habits among teenagers. Under such parents' obligation of more vegetable and fruit intake, or less fast food consumption as well; children can form a healthy diet at a very young age. That leads to weight control at youngsters much easier.
