Writing Feedback / Many governments think that economic progress is their most important goal. [2]

It would be argued by some that economic development is the main aim, while others believe that other equivalent patterns of progress are also essential for a country. In this essay, both views will be discussed before a conclusion is drawn.

On the one hand, there are a number of reasons why some believe that economic development is the most important target. To begin, a strong economy makes a country wealthier and stronger, enabling it to compete with other countries. It is also seen as a criterion that evaluates a country's resilience, so it plays a vital role. To be specific, economic growth brings a better life for people in that country because, if the economy increases, residents' incomes will increase. So, citizens easily access facilities such as hospitals, schools, supermarkets, or even enjoy their own entertainments-this provides convenience for them, making their lives happier. Moreover, with higher living standards, more career opportunities are created for people. As a result, homelessness and the slum rate will be reduced significantly; people do not have to think too much about finances when their income is gradually improved.

On the other hand, others would argue that other aspects of progress are also important to focus on. First of all, cultural progress is a vital component that contributes to a country's development; culture advertises the country and its people to the world, attracting investment and tourism, as well as establishing a cultural identity and uniting communities. Furthermore, education is a foundation for sustainable development because it enhances knowledge, training a high-quality workforce; hence, a country that wants long-term development needs people of great learning, skills, and creativity.

In conclusion, both perspectives have their own merits and drawbacks. I believe that not only the economy but also other types of progress are important, and to ensure that development is balanced, we should be aware of the importance of all these aspects and maintain them properly.(

Writing Feedback / The maps show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development [2]

The two maps illustrate the changes in the centre of a small town called islip and its development plan in the future. Overall, several major modifications have been made, primarily to enhance the convenience and more amenities in the planned development.
It is a clear change that a dual carriageway will be built in the planned development that run through from west to east to access easily with infrastructures. Another improvement is the park will be shrinked in the development to make way for more new housing, improving better in amenities that appealing more residents to live here. Moreover, a pedetrians street will be built in place of the shops, and the school in the south of the map will be extended a little than old one. In the planned development, the shops are going to be replaced and offering more space for communl amenities such as bus station, shopping centre, car park, the new housing area will be built as well, from this, creating a street can travel via dual carriageway. Despite these changes, the shops under the main road remain unchanged.

Writing Feedback / More young adults than older people — advantages or disadvantages? [2]

In this day and age, the large number of people, especially the young, has been increasing day by day in some countries, compared with the number of the old. This shift in age distribution can have both positive and negative impacts on society. While there are unavoidable disadvantages, I believe that the advantages outweigh them.

On the one hand, a youthful population brings economic and social benefits. To begin, a strong labor force boosts productivity and economic growth; young adults can take on physically demanding jobs and adapt quickly to new skills, improving product quality and helping citizens' lives. Moreover, in the technological era, the role of young people is more important than ever because young adults are skilled in handling technology-related tasks, particularly those involving computers, creating more chances for international integration. By being energetic and flexible, young people help jobs avoid some unexpected risks. In addition, a larger population of young people than old people helps lessen the financial burden on healthcare and pensions, because younger people are generally healthier, so governments spend less on elder care.

On the other hand, there are some reasons why people think that this issue may cause negative influences on society. Firstly, there is the risk of unemployment if the job market cannot support all young workers; young unemployment can lead to frustration and social volatility, causing difficulty living in big cities since there is not enough money to cover living expenses. Secondly, it creates pressure on the education and training systems, as the government must invest heavily in schools and universities to ensure a well-prepared workforce.

Despite a few drawbacks that must be managed, the presence of more young adults is a great benefit, offering long-term positive effects on a country's development. In conclusion, the advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages.
