Essays / Evaluations essay on a skills dvd - how to start it? [3]

Hi.

I have to write an evaluation on a skills dvd that I took part in. So i have to evaluate my self and the skills I used.

Anyhow i was wondering if you could help me on how I would start this essay? Do i need to tell the reader what Is going to be in the essay evaluation to begin with??
