I need a topic in Human Resources dealing with employee retention or selection...

This is an applied research topic that I need for my MBA. I originally wanted to compare standard results of an exit interview with a post-exit interview. I still like the idea but I need to be more specific since there is enough information about this study since 2008. Apparently my idea came a little late. If you have any suggestions for this area of HR (selection/retention) please let me know and thanks....Clayton Sanders
