Hi, I really need help on how to start my thesis statement and on to the next paragraph...

I was told by my Doctor that I would never be able to conceive due to some of my medical problems. On the day I turned twenty-seven, life took me by suprise when I found out I was pregnant. Having a baby effected me in many ways by spiritually, financially and psychologically.
