Book Reports / The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe Essay. [3]

I was wondering if someone could possibly help me as im trying to start my essay on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I need to have at least five different literary techniques not including the theme, but they also have to occur through the entire book.

So far i've chosen Allusion, Symbolism, Setting, Dialogue and characterisation. It would help if someone could give me some examples of what i can say for each of these techniques.
