The three of them are very well-written.
Only one comment to add though:
I believe that NYUCAS is not only the only option, but it is best option.
If something is the ONLY option, how can it be the BEST option? The BEST among what, there are no other options! I think the sentence is a bit wishy washy (removing "I believe" will make it more confident) and meaningless. I would say: NYUCAS is my best option; it is the only college capable of helping me achieve this goal.
