Scholarship / 300 word essay (personal history + educational/career goals). How to start? [2]

I have to write two 300 or less word essays. One on the brief personal history and another on What are your educational/career goals?

Seems like when I write the intro and conclusion it doesn't leave me much for the body! Need some tips to help out.
