I'm at a loss for a good inquiry question that will focus my investigation on the topic of radiation.

Myth: There is no such thing as a safe dose of radiation or rather all radiation has a negative effect on the body

This is what I have so far, and I'm looking to form a thesis and thus formulate a proposal.
