Graduate / Tudelft's motivation essay for admission into Msc programme [3]

can someone please explain this prompt to me.it is in the requirement for tudelft's motivational essay.

"Examples of three Master's thesis topics that interest you and with an explanation of your particular interest"

it kind of sounds ambiguous to me.do i need to write on all three thesis topics or just one.also do i need to epxlain my personal reason for the choosing the thesis or explain the thesis topic itself.
