I have to write a 700-800 word essay one of the short stories that we read in my English Comp. II class. I've already decided what short story I want to write the essay on, what about and the thesis, I just need to somebody to look it over. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
I have chosen "The Story of an Hour" by Kate Chopin, and I want to write it on the symbolism in the story.
Thesis:
Kate Chopin uses imagery and symbolism in "The Story of a Hour" to help the reader to better understand the emotional state of Mrs. Mallard.
