The general rule for college essays is that any topic can be "good", as long as it is successfully executed. However, I'm weary about your topic. Did you know your friends were going to cheat before they did? make sure not to reflect badly upon yourself! Is there anything signifigant you can actually draw from this experience? If the answer is yes, then it can be used. otherwise, stray away from it.

Just a tidbit of advise, you should never say the words "in conclusion". don't tell your reader it's the conclusion, rather, let your conclusion speak for itself. good luck with the rest of your essay!!!
