Writing Feedback / Argumentative essay on social justice issues, I have questions! [3]

I am having so much trouble. I am to write an essay (argumentative) on Justice.

I was assigned a essay paper to write on Justice. It was to be an argumentative essay. So far, last week we had to turn in a proposal. I got it back and made a C and told that I didn't I follow instructions. Tonight I had to send in an outline for the paper. I originally was writing it on the word Justice and what it meant to me. If that wasnt what he wanted I am just lost on what else it could mean. Thanks for any advice.
