It's awesome how I can get an idea of your personality and tone in this letter but I suggest maybe dial it back a bit for example, the last part "RFE equals Roomies For EVER!". Personally, since you don't know your roommate yet, I would try to tone it down a bit in the case that they could be a shy person. You wouldn't want to overwhelm them.
