Essays / I want to major in biology - how to write Rutgers New Brunswick essay? [4]

So my first choice is Rutgers , and I really would like to get accepted. But I have no idea how to write a good essay :/ the topic is : Rutgers University is a vibrant community of people with wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.How would you benefit from and contribute to.such an.environment?
