Undergraduate / Seeing only the negative aspects of any situation can cause many problems [2]

Anybody helps me to write this subject: Seeing only the negative aspects of any situation can cause many problems (i.e missing opportunities, neglecting problems, needing to be solved, failing to take action, improving ur relationship and quality of life), i find it hard to do it
