Undergraduate / 'Representing a lot of countries' - Boston University Supplement Essay [2]
Please help me out...I can't find anyone to proof read my essay.
I don't really like it that much..but this is all I got. Any edits or comments or suggestions are welcomed. Please and thank you :-)
The prompt was "In no more than 250 words, please tell us why BU is a good fit for you and what specifically has led you to apply for admission?"
The first fourteen years of school were chosen for me. Fortunately, I attended a highly diverse school that was located in a multicultural community. While I grew up in the suburbs, I know that the lessons I've learned through my experiences with diversity will translate to a successful educational experience at Boston University. Representing over 50 different countries, BU prides itself on diversity. BU has students with various backgrounds, talents and interests because of the many options at the University. What solidified my desire to apply was the fact that BU has sixteen schools offering over 250 programs and a plethora of student clubs and athletic opportunities. I work well with options and I thrive on music, sports and pure excitement. I am a team player, yet I also possess leadership skills that help me solve community issues. I feel that Boston University's diverse student body and excellent academic reputation will be able to provide me with opportunities that no other university can match. Being located in a very vibrant city, BU has the infrastructure perfect for me to achieve my goals. Boston University will provide me with an enriched outlook on the world and give me a basis for success and achievement throughout my life.
Let me know I'll take any suggestions.
