I recall as a child in elementary school, my fifth grade teacher asked the class " what do you want to be when you grow up?" Back then I said I wanted to be a pediatrician, not actually paying attention to what my true calling was. As I reflect(look) back now over the years I had my share in creation of diverse dishes "a pinch of this" along with "a blend of that" however I never perceived at it is being my career choice in the future.
