[/b]The Graph below shows the unemployment rates in the US and Japan between March 1993 and march 1999.
Write a report for university lecturer describing the information shown below.[b]
The line graph illustrates the unemployment in two countries named as US and Japan from march 1993 to march 1999.
The unemployment rates of US was quite higher than Japan in beginning. In march 1993, the total work force in US was at its highest level that was 7%. Which was followed by Japan with just 2.5%. Afterwards, unemployment in Japan started growing up, while US showed a continuous plummet in its graph with some fluctuation.
From 1995 to 1996, Japan reveal a steady work force and after that there was a slight decrease. However, the graph of US in between this time was like a semi circle and recorded at 5.2% in march 1996. For next year, both of the countries did not achieve any major change. From 1997 to 1998, was the worst period for Japan, when it reached to its maximum level of unemployment. Around April 1998, both of the countries were at the same level that was 5.1%. In last US had more unemployment than Japan.
