Undergraduate / Georgia Tech Transfer Essay for International Student in Bio medical Engineering [3]
This is my first time writing essay application for colleges, and I would appreciate any help I could get. This is the essay I have written so far, please feel free to criticize in a educated manner and correct any grammatical mistake I make :), Thank you:
Why are you interested in attending Georgia Tech in your selected program of study? What do you hope to contribute to our community?
Ever since I spent my sophomore year studying abroad in Flora, Illinois, my goal has been to go back and finish my education in the United States. My ambition to exploit my potential to the maximum and my deep love for science and technology have all driven me to apply to Georgia Tech, a university that will challenge me both personally and academically. As an international student I intend to enrich the vibrant community that is Georgia Tech, and learn as much I can from the different cultures that are present in the institution. I look forward to getting involved in the community by sharing my passion for sports, and enrolling into programs aimed towards environmental protection. I feel that Georgia Tech is the university that will help me grow into the Engineer and person I want to be one day.
I have enough space to write about 1 or 2 more sentences, so I could add more things if need. Also one of my concerns is not really mentioning that I want to apply as a Bio-medical Engineer specifically
