Many people believe(people use this to begin their introduction or to repeat the task in the conclusion, I suggest you should bring this to your beginning) that this approach brings an excess (can you try to use another words? because its meaning is not appropriate) of benefits for both individual and society. Personally, I entirely agree with this statement.
