Essays / Discuss the development of myocardial infarction; an opening line [6]

Hello everyone thank you very much for all the information you gave me, I wish I could understand better, my problem is English is my second language I have started the essay but un sure if am writing it as descriptive essay or not.

My topic question for one of my sub title is define the anatomical structures and altered physiology that would be affected by a patient presenting with Myocardial infarction.

I have the below paragraph, can someone please correct and direct me if I am answering the question at all.

The process of heart attack happens in blood vessels that supply blood and oxygen to our heart of normal heat functions, the disturb urns of this circulation will pose a risk of developing myocardial infarction, these condition results form a complete blockage of an artery that supply blood to an area of the heart. The most commonly affected vessels are the aorta, coronary and carotid artery (book 9th edition) this result from a condition called atherosclerosis which thickening and stiffening of the arterial, this is resulted from the damage and accumulation of plaque in I the tunica intima. This injury to the endothelium is a result of foreign components such smoke, viral or bacterial infection and also hypertension from the increased pressure of the blood in order to reach the heart, in turn this pressure makes the plaque unstable and may result in arterial wall fraying and ulcerating which ends up rapturing increasing the chances of myocardial infarction.( Book refrences).
