Dear Jill,
I hope you're well,I'm happy that you invited me to take part in your new business plan.
I have to say it's a great idea to run a fast food restaurant in main street around this area which accompany with lots of offices.People didn't have too much time for lunch it's a good choose for them.
Having said that ,I'm afraid I'm going to turn your offer down.As you know,I'm planning to buy a new house which means I need money to covert it .I don't think is a prefect time for me to get involved the project like this .Also,I'm working full-time job,I don't have extra time to commit to the restaurant.It's hard for me to make this decision.
Anyway,I Know you'll make a great job and big successful without me.Best luck for your restaurant.
