Film is beauty captured that can be reshown. As a filmmaker, you possess the ability to create this beauty in stories that reach a vast amount of different people. You possess the power to grab their attentions in a way that is emotional and raw. I do not know of any other medium that moves people to such emotion. Film is always playing an active role in our lives. It is always affecting the way we act, and the way we see the world. I want to impact people so that they see the world differently than before. I want to become a filmmaker because I want to share stories that may be unconventional but are also important, and need to be heard.
